General

When ordering our products, please pay attention to the legal framework in force in your country concerning the use of our products on your vehicle.


Our information on the range of use of the rims ("which rim fits which vehicle") refers to vehicles in standard condition, i.e. without modifications to the chassis, braking system, bodywork, etc.
The item of your choice is out of stock? Contact info@maxilite.ch, we will be happy to help you find a similar item and inform you when it is back in stock.
Unfortunately, we cannot reserve items for you. Also, items that are in your shopping cart are not reserved there.
Only have the wheels fitted at a specialist workshop and retighten the fastening parts to the tightening torque specified by the vehicle manufacturer after 50 km of driving.
In addition, the rims should be checked for clearance to brake and chassis parts before mounting.

To deal in Maxilite quality rims, you must register with us as a dealer. Fill out the form for our dealer registration.
Once you have filled out the form completely and submitted it, you will receive an automatic mail with a confirmation link that you should click on. If this does not appear in your mailbox within a few minutes, please also check your spam folder.
Afterwards we will activate your merchant account as soon as possible and you can buy as a merchant with the corresponding conditions.

Product information

Quality and design are top priorities for us at Maxilite, which is why all of our products are manufactured exclusively in TÜV-certified factories that supply original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in addition to ourselves.
Maxilite wheels are cast from an aluminum alloy.
Maxilite rims are first coated with a powder primer, then with the coloring paint coat (silver, anthracite, gold, etc.), and finally covered with a protective clear coat.
All Maxilite rims have a strength test of the TÜV. Most of our rims also have a parts certificate, from which the matching tire sizes can be taken.
No. Maxilite only sells rims that have been designed and manufactured by us.
No. Maxilite sells only new goods.
Maxilite wheel bolts must be tightened with at least six turns.

Return & Exchange

You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
You can find more information on this topic under right of withdrawal.
You can cancel the contract and initiate a return within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Of course, the returned items must be in their original packaging and unused.
Write an email to info@maxilite.ch (subject: return) with your complete address and phone number for pickup as well as the corresponding items with item number and quantity. You will receive a reply email with further instructions.
Once we have your address and phone number, we can instruct UPS to pick up the package. If you are not home when the UPS driver comes by, they will contact you.
The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the pickup.
The refund of the purchase price will be made automatically after we receive the return shipment.

The customer bears the costs of the return.
Outside of busy periods, returns are processed within 72 hours of receipt at our distribution center.
We pride ourselves on our excellent product quality.
However, if the item you have purchased has a manufacturing defect, please contact info@maxilite.ch and inform us of the defect and invoice number and we will exchange the item for you. If you purchased the item from one of our dealers, please contact them directly.
Use "Claim Request" as the subject and send us the following information:
- Name, address and phone number,
- Pictures of the item
- Meaningful pictures of the defect
- Description of the defect
- Proof of purchase

Order & Payment

You want to change or cancel your order. Please send us an email immediately to info@maxilite.ch.
Provided that the order is not yet in process, we can still make changes.

Your order has not arrived in full? Contact info@maxilite.ch and let us know your order number and tracking information.
If your order has already been shipped, you will receive an email from us. The shipment notification also contains the tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of the shipment.
The indicated prices include the legal value added tax as well as the transport costs on the mainland of the countries of the European Union, to England and within Switzerland. For islands in the European Union as well as other countries, please ask us for the transport costs.
If you want to place an order whose destination is not in the EU or Europe, you can currently only do this by email.

Send us an email with the items you want and your address to info@maxilite.ch. Our customer service immediately created an offer including the shipping costs for you.

Shipping & Delivery

Since our goods are shipped from Germany, our delivery times are normally as follows:
  • Germany 1 business day
  • Europe 3-5 business days
  • ROW 3-10 days

For the delivery of our goods we rely on the professionals of UPS, who do their best to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Nevertheless, all shipping times are estimates without guarantee. Especially during peak hours, delays may occur.
Once the order is on its way to you, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you know exactly where your order is. Deliveries are made only on weekdays, from Monday to Friday.

Currently, all orders from Germany are delivered.
There are no customs duties within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, the buyer must pay the local customs duties.
Maxilite does not charge any handling fees.

To see where in the shipping process the order is, you can check for yourself with the tracking number on the UPS website. We have sent you the tracking number with the shipment notification.
A shipment notification email with your tracking number will be sent once our distribution center has finalized your order and it is ready to ship.
The tracking status may not contain any information initially, but will become active in the evening when the carrier has picked up the package at our distribution center.
If your package is marked as shipped on a day that is not a business day, the tracking will not be active until the next business day.

Shipping is always standard at Maxilite.
The transport costs are calculated as follows:
  • within the EU € 8,40 net per wheel, for orders from 4 pieces, otherwise € 12,60 net per wheeland for large quantities according to expenditure.
  • In Europe outside the EU € 16,80 net per wheel, for orders of 4 pieces or more, otherwise € 25,20 net per wheel and for deliveries to islands and outside Europe according to expenditure.

If you can't select your country from our shipping countries, it's because it's not in the EU or Europe.
In this case, unfortunately, we can only offer you an order by e-mail.
